References to "You" mean a user of the Space for Health Website, at www.spaceforhealth.nhs.uk and https://publications.spaceforhealth.nhs.uk ("the Website")
"We", "Us", Our", mean the UK Health Organisations (The Department of Health, Department of Health, Social Services and Public Safety, Health Facilities Scotland and NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership – Facilities Services).

As a registered user of the Service, You may open one user account only (an "Account"). You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account.

You should not reveal your password, other security details or other information about your Account to anyone else (except for Space for Health administrators supporting your access).
You are entirely responsible for all activities that occur on or through Your Account, and You agree to immediately notify Us of any unauthorised use of Your Account or any other breach of security. We shall not be responsible for, and shall not accept any liability for any losses of any kind or any consequential or direct or indirect damage You may suffer from the unauthorised use of your Account.
You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about Yourself as prompted by Us in the registration form ("the Registration Data"). You agree to maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete using Our "Change your info" function where possible, or by emailing help@spaceforhealth.net.
Our use of Registration Data is subject to Our Privacy Policy, and by using the Website You agree that We may use your Registration Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Provision of Service

From the time when You register for an Account, We agree to provide You with the Service in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Use. We have the right to disable Your account at any time if, in Our opinion, You have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
- Please note that You agree that We will commence providing the Service (specifically the ability to read publications) immediately upon You having purchased the Service, and as a result You acknowledge that You will not be entitled to cancel the agreement made between You and Us and receive a refund under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. We would encourage Our users to be fully aware of what they are purchasing before subscribing to the Website, and We are happy to answer any pre-purchase queries (help@spaceforhealth.net) to help You make an informed decision.
- It is Your responsibility to read about Our Service before purchasing a subscription, and to be clear about the Service prior to purchasing. Refunds will not be offered on the grounds that You have neglected to read either the Website or the Terms and Conditions of Use, prior to purchase.
- It is Your responsibility to allow enough time to register, purchase and set up Your computer to use Our service and/or open PDFs, prior to Your purchase. The website is specifically designed so that You can utilise Your own computer’s set-up. As such set-ups can vary; therefore, there may be a short delay in opening PDFs.
- We do not guarantee that the Website or the Service will be fault free, but We will correct reported faults as soon as We reasonably can. If a fault occurs You should report it to Us by email to help@spaceforhealth.net. We do not guarantee the quality or availability of the Website or the Service at any time.
- We reserve the right to update the website from time to time (so material could be out of date at any given time), and change the features of the Service and the way the Service operates at any time.
- We do not accept any liability for the incompatibility of the Service with any computer or other equipment used by You to access the Service (a "Device") or any software installed on any Device. However, You may contact help@spaceforhealth.net We will try to assist You to ensure that equipment can be configured accordingly.
- You shall be responsible for backing up all data and other content ("Content") which You access via the Website/Service and which is stored on any Device. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Your failure to do so.
- You agree to bear all risks associated with the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy or completeness of such Content. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions of Use shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England. You and We agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. If a dispute arises between You and Us, We will consider any reasonable request from You to resolve the dispute through an alternative dispute resolution procedure (such as mediation), rather than resort to litigation.
Guidance delivered on Website
Responsibility for the content presented in each UK Health Administration's (in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) section of the Website rests with that administration. Any disputes specifically regarding the guidance provided arising between You and Us are to be resolved through the processes set out by the specific administration in question.

- These Terms and Conditions of Use set out the entire agreement and understanding between Us in respect of the provision by Us, and your use of, the Website/Service, and for the avoidance of doubt, the content.
