Please note that You agree that We will commence providing the Service (specifically the ability to read publications) immediately upon You having purchased the Service, and as a result You acknowledge that You will not be entitled to cancel the agreement made between You and Us and receive a refund under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. We would encourage Our users to be fully aware of what they are purchasing before subscribing to the Website, and We are happy to answer any pre-purchase queries (help@spaceforhealth.net) to help You make an informed decision.
2. It is Your responsibility to read about Our Service before purchasing a subscription, and to be clear about the Service prior to purchasing. Refunds will not be offered on the grounds that You have neglected to read either the Website or the Terms and Conditions of Use, prior to purchase.
3. It is Your responsibility to allow enough time to register, purchase and set up Your computer to use Our service and/or open PDFs, prior to Your purchase. The website is specifically designed so that You can utilise Your own computer’s set-up. As such set-ups can vary; therefore, there may be a short delay in opening PDFs.
4. We do not guarantee that the Website or the Service will be fault free, but We will correct reported faults as soon as We reasonably can. If a fault occurs You should report it to Us by email to help@spaceforhealth.net. We do not guarantee the quality or availability of the Website or the Service at any time.

Any disputes specifically regarding the guidance provided arising between You and Us are to be resolved through the processes set out by the specific administration in question.
